About this list
We use the third-party service providers below to run Salesman Tracker. Each processes the minimum data needed for its function and is bound by data-protection terms. We do not store full card numbers — card data is handled by the payment gateways under PCI DSS. New sub-processors are announced with 30 days' notice, and tenants may object on reasonable data-protection grounds (see the Data Processing Agreement).
Payments
Razorpay and Cashfree (India) and Stripe and PayPal (international) process subscription payments — billing amount, contact and payment token. They are enabled per country as our billing rolls out to each market.
Messaging and maps
The WhatsApp Business API (Meta) delivers the OTPs and notifications you trigger and the order/quote shares you send (phone number and message content). Google Maps Platform provides routing, geocoding and maps (coordinates and addresses).
Hosting, storage, push and email
Our cloud hosting and database, and our object storage for visit photos, product images and catalog PDFs, hold service data (currently in India). Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications (device push token). Our email/SMTP provider sends transactional email such as OTPs, receipts and digests (email address and message).
