What deletion covers
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, credentials and activity history. If you are the workspace owner, it deletes the entire workspace: all leads, orders, payments, photos, PDFs and every team member's account. This cannot be undone after the grace period.
How to delete from the app
Open the mobile app → Profile → Legal → Delete account. Confirm with the 6-digit OTP sent to your WhatsApp. Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period, during which signing in cancels the request.
How to delete from the web panel
Sign in at the web panel → Settings → My profile → Delete account. The same OTP confirmation and 30-day grace period apply.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@salesmantracker.com from your registered email, or WhatsApp us from your registered number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and schedule the deletion within 7 working days.
What is retained
Tax invoices we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period (8 years in India) with personal data minimised. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics contain nothing traceable to you.
Salesman accounts
If your account was created by your employer (workspace owner), deletion of workspace business records they own — leads, orders, visit logs — is at their discretion. Your personal profile and credentials are still deleted on your request.
